Working principle of right angle type pulse jet valves:
The right angle pulse jet valve is characterized by a 90 degree right angle of the valve inlet and outlet tubes. The diaphragm in the valve divides the pulse valve into two front and rear air chambers, and the high pressure gas is connected from the air inlet to the lower air chamber. When the pulse valve is not energized, the gas passes through the constant pressure pipelines of the upper and lower housings and The orifice enters the decompression chamber. Since the spool blocks the pressure relief hole under the action of the spring, the gas will not be discharged, so that the pressure of the decompression chamber and the lower chamber are the same, and under the action of the spring, the diaphragm will The blow port is blocked and the gas will not rush out.
When the pulse valve is energized, the valve core is lifted up by the electromagnetic force, the pressure relief hole is opened, and the gas is ejected. Due to the action of the constant pressure pipe orifice, the outflow speed of the pressure relief hole is greater than the constant pressure pipe of the decompression chamber. The inflow velocity of the gas causes the pressure in the decompression chamber to be lower than the pressure in the lower chamber, and the gas in the lower chamber lifts up the diaphragm to open the nozzle.
