Brief introduction:
The Conveyer Type Needle Detector is a free-standing conveyorized digital Needle Detector for garments. Accepts non-metals and all approved non-ferrous zips and poppers. It will reject and ferrous or nickle contamination, typically staples and needle fragments equivalent to a 1.0 mm ferrous sphere. The unit has a belt speed of approximately 25 to 30 meters per minute and an aperture size of 24" (700mm) width x 7" (175mm) height. In case of rejection, belt stops with an audible alarm and the signal light is activated. Full digital technology and control.
Product characteristic:
1. Stainless steel shell, anti-erosion and long life span.

5. When sensor detects a broken needle or over a diameter 0.8mm iron ball, buzzer will sound and conveyor belt will stop. After that, detected products will be return at hand.
6. The performance of the belt conveyer is complied with the American food sanitation standard (FDA). It can be used for transporting the unpacked food directly.
7. This metal detector can match the pipeline operation or automatic control device.
