Duplex Stainless Steel Tube Description

Duplex stainless steel tubes offer superior corrosion resistance compared to conventional austenitic stainless steels, especially in chloride-containing environments.

Essentially, Duplex is a Fe-Ni-Cr alloy that has a two-phase ferritic-austenitic stainless-steel microstructure when it is at room temperature.
