Description
Aluminum 1100 is commercial pure aluminum, it contains 99.00% aluminum at least. Aluminium is light, and its density is only one third of steel, the prices are almost same when the same thickness is calculated at the price per square meter. Also because of aluminum has excellent corrosion resisitance, therefore, people use aluminum instead of steel, and it could be colorful coating, see the pictures at the bottom.
Aluminum also has high recycling value. The iron sheet will corrode and rot after several years, and there is almost no recycling value. However, the aluminium can be recycled at least more than 80%.

Coating
PVDF (poiy vinylidene fluoride )coating are one of the most common types of industrial coatings in use today. This type of coating is created by polymerizing vinylidenedifluoride. It has high strength and toughness at low temperature, friction resistance, corrosion resistance, high dielectric constant, ultraviolet resistance and radiation resistance. Low processing temperature and good melting fluidity.
1. PVDF coating has super weather resistance. It can be used outdoors for more than 20 years. Excellent corrosion resistance, chemical resistance and penetration resistance.
2. PVDF coating has excellent physical and mechanical properties and good post-processing properties. Good pollution resistance.
3. PVDF coatings have good temperature resistance and can be used for a long time in the range of -60-150 C.
Another very popular coating is PE coating, which has "100% responsiveness",this means that liquid components can be converted into solid polymers without by-products released by initiators. Solvent paint, however, needs a lot of solvent volatilization before it can form a paint film, which is not as hard as resin curing, and the volatilization of solvent causes certain environmental pollution, and also brings health damage to the builders.
