At the same time when the combined drum sends out the fabric, the combined drum can spread the fabric in the direction of amplitude and remove the wrinkles of the fabric.
The main devices and their functions are: LCD touch device, which can easily set the length, method, quantity, speed and paragraph of spreading; No wrinkling phenomenon; cutter device, cutter and main machine can be easily disassembled and assembled.
When cutting the fabric, the travel distance and cutting speed of the cutter can be set according to the width of the fabric; the cloth folding device can be used for one-way and round-trip spreading. ;Automatic cloth pre-loose device: loosen the cloth first and then lay it, eliminate the tension of the spread and keep the consistency of the spread quality; the automatic edge-aligning device of the electric eye can correctly realize the automatic edge-alignment during the operation of the spreading sequence; Sensor device, control the main machine to stop automatically when the fabric is finished, and automatically drive back to the fixed point; automatic lifting device: the lifting amount can be set according to the thickness of the fabric to match the fabric; emergency stop device, there is a stop on both sides of the cutting machine With the wire rope, the wire rope can be pulled at any position of the cutting machine for emergency stop at any time.
