Functional features:
1. It is used for 100% non-destructive online automatic sorting of qualified and unqualified hardness of metal parts after heat treatment. Qualified hardness workpiece will be transferred by the conveyor belt to the next station, unqualified hardness will be automatically removed by the sorting barrier door.
2, can be qualified hardness and unqualified hardness (upper limit, lower limit) count respectively.
3, the main control instrument of the sorting machine has a column chart to dynamically display the hardness state. The amplitude of the bar chart reflects the hardness of the test, which is intuitive. After calibration, the hardness value measured can be displayed.
4, in the sorting of the main control instrument with the upper limit and lower limit of the hardness range of the setting function key, convenient for the operator to use, when the measured hardness exceeds the upper limit or lower limit, the instrument will have the corresponding light and sound alarm, and the qualified and unqualified signal is transmitted to the sorting machine's actuator for sorting.
5, on the panel of the electrical control box of the sorting machine, there is a hardness status display light, the green light indicates that it is qualified, the red light indicates that the hardness is unqualified (exceeding the upper limit or lower than the lower limit), when the hardness is unqualified, there is a sound and light alarm.
6. The sorting machine has the function of blocking alarm (storage device, discharging port), frequency converter fault alarm, storage door not recovered in time alarm, automatic shutdown after fault alarm, automatic boot after fault removal. The corresponding fault is also displayed on the display screen.
7, the sorting machine master control instrument can store the upper limit and lower limit of 10 different specifications and sizes of the magnetic flux value, and to 1, 2, 3, 4, 10 pieces respectively represent different specifications and sizes of the measured parts, convenient for users to call directly.
