Application of package machine
The chemical liquid injection and automatic packing for mosquito mat. The Package machine absorbs other machine advantages and deleting their shortages. Packaging machine is with high speed and accurate liquid injection.

Working Process of the package machine
1. Blank mats (35x22x2.8mm) are stacked vertically by hand and automatically feed blank mats to following section.
2. The blank mat is injected with a fixed amount of Liquid.
3. The impregnated mats are automatically wrapped and sealed by laminated film.
4. The laminated film is cut into sets, each one containing 3/6/9/12/15/18/24/30 or more pieces of mats.
5. The detector function automatically stops the machine if a mat is wrapped without being injected, or it is not wrapped (selective).
Features of the package machine
(1) The way of liquid injection is mechanical way and the precision is high which deviation could be controlled within ±5mg. Six pumps separately adjust the dose (30mg-300mg). The pumps adopt the metal material, of stable performance and high life.
(2) The qualification rates of the products are high, and can be controlled above 99.7%.
(3) The cut model is advanced and scientific, and adopted the rotary end cutting with long life, low noise and pinpoint accuracy instead of the traditional pressing cutting way.
(4) With high producing efficiency-could work stably at 480~630 tablets/minute.
(5) The design of the circuit is simple and easy to maintain.
(6) Cutting can be set to 1 to 100 rows per time
