The corrugated plastic boxes are made from the fluted plastic sheets which have the hollow structure. The fluted plastic sheets are flexible but too soft to carry heavy items. To enhance the hardness of the corrugated plastic boxes, we add the plastic or the aluminum strips as the frames.
Normally, the framed corrugated plastic boxes are unfoldable which requires a lot of space to transport the empty boxes.

The corrugated plastic sheets which are extruded from HDPP (high-density polypropylene) resin. The sheet has a similar corrugated structure as the paper cardboard, except that the flutes are rectangular as the pictures below. Due to this hollow construction, the sheet has a favorable feature of light-weight for boxes making.
Unlike the paper cardboard which loses its rigidity when absorbing the water, the corrugated polypropylene sheets are water and moist repellant which allow the boxes can be directly put into refrigerated storage houses, and not to worry about the condensate water. The boxes also can be washed with water to re-use for many times.
