FOCUSUN continues to provide brine system block ice machine with improved technology, largly improving the ice making efficiency. Put ice cans with full water in the brine tank, through heat exchange, the water in the ice cans all become ice. The crane will hoist a row of cans down into the ice thawing tank full of running warm water. So the ice surface thaws and gets separate from the ice can.
1.Patented UNI-EVEPTM processing technology ensures larger evaporation area and higher cooling efficiency
2.The part inside brine tank that touches brine water is made of SUS 304 which bears low temperature and highly resists rusts.
3.Particular can dumper and thawing tank design makes easier operation.
4.Thawing tank is heated by air discharged from compressor to save much energy and suits for low water temperature area.
5.Every brine block ice machine can be designed and built as per your specific requirements.
1) Brine tank
The stainless steel part between the brine water and the brine tank highly resists rust and it works well in a cold condition.Concrete brine tank is also suggestibale for some projects.
2) Ice bucket
Stainlessw steel 304 and galvanized steel are available.The later is chosen for cost-saving.
3) Evaporator:
Paktong tubes are used as evaporator coil to improve the heat transfer effect,and its stainlessness,anti-corrosion can guarantee the long service time.
4) Agitator:
Adjust the salt concentration to improve the heat exchange effect.
5) Can dumper:
Excellent design guarantees the ice-thawing efficiency.
6) Thawing tank:
Heated by hot gas discharged from the compressor so that it is more energy saving and suitable for low water temperature area.
