APLICACIÓN
El hielo en escamas se utiliza en la mezcla de hormigón, las industrias química y de tintes, la ingeniería de nieve de hielo artificial y la aplicación en campos de esquí artificial, la producción láctea, el procesamiento de aves de corral, la conservación de frutas y verduras, el procesamiento acuático, el procesamiento de carne y la conservación en supermercados.
Principio de fabricación de hielo
El patín de hielo, la bandeja distribuidora de agua, el eje principal y la bandeja de agua baja son impulsados por el desacelerador y funcionan lentamente en sentido contrario a las agujas del reloj.
El agua fluye hacia la bandeja de distribución de agua desde la entrada de agua del evaporador, y luego se rocía sobre la superficie de congelación del hielo de manera uniforme a través del aspersor de agua, convirtiéndose en una película de agua. La película de agua tiene un intercambio de calor con el refrigerante en el canal de refrigeración y su temperatura disminuye rápidamente hasta formar una capa de hielo fino en la superficie de congelación del hielo.
Bajo la extrusión del patín de hielo, la fina capa de hielo se convierte en copos de hielo y luego cae en el depósito de almacenamiento de hielo desde la salida del mismo. El agua parcialmente descongelada vuelve al depósito de agua fría a través de la placa de recepción de agua desde la salida de retorno de agua.
Ventaja del hielo en escamas: - Escamas de hielo irregulares con un tamaño de unos 40*40mm y un grosor de unos 1,5-2,5mm. - El hielo fino puede utilizarse directamente para remover y mezclar materiales refrigerados. - No tiene bordes ni esquinas afiladas, por lo que no dañará la superficie del objeto refrigerado. - Gran área de contacto y rápida velocidad de enfriamiento. - Fácil de aplastar y moldear.
