Working principle
Cube ice machine working principle
The water will automatically enter a water storage tank through the water make-up port, and then be pumped to the diversion pipe through the water pump. The diversion pipe will evenly flow the water to the evaporator cooled by the low-temperature liquid refrigerant, and the water will be cooled to the freezing point.
The water cooled to the freezing point will solidify into ice, while the water not frozen by the evaporator will flow into the water storage tank, and the circulation will be restarted through the water pump. When the ice reaches the required thickness, it enters the deicing state, and the high-pressure hot gas discharged from the compressor is drained to the evaporator through the heating solenoid valve to replace the low-temperature liquid refrigerant. In this way, a layer of water film is formed between the ice and the evaporator. This layer of water film separates the ice from the evaporator, and the ice freely falls into the ice storage tank under the action of gravity.
