Cómo funciona el Pre-enfriamiento por Vacío
Primera etapa de enfriamiento: el condensador evaporativo es usado para bajar la temperatura del agua natural, se puede reducir la temperatura del agua tropical de 45℃ a 36℃, con poco consumo de energía pero con un efecto de enfriamiento similar.
Segunda etapa de enfriamiento: el evaporador de placas o de carcasa se utiliza para reducir la temperatura del agua de 36℃ a 15℃ y mantener la temperatura de evaporación a 10℃, lo que dota al compresor de una buena relación de eficiencia energética.
Tercera etapa de enfriamiento: el evaporador de placa o de carcasa se utiliza para bajar la temperatura del agua de 10℃ a 4℃; la válvula de ajuste de presión evaporativa constante establece la temperatura evaporativa a +0.5℃ haciendo una mayor diferencia de temperatura de transmisión de calor que asegura un buen efecto de transferencia de calor y el evaporador no se congelará hasta agrietarse.
Cuatro Etapas de enfriamiento: utilizando el único tipo de inmersión de Focusun, evaporador de placa abierta, con tecnología anticongelante de gas, elimina completamente la posibilidad de congelación y agrietamiento del evaporador utilizando la válvula de control de presión de evaporación para controlar la temperatura de evaporación de -5 ℃, puede reducir el agua de 4 ℃ a 0,5 ℃ por debajo.
