Focusun hydro-cooler rapidly reduces the product surface temperature followed then by the core.
Hydrocoolers are one of many precooling systems that provide fast, reliable and efficient means of cooling many water tolerant fruits and vegetables. This cooling technique is ideal for most root based crops, typically carrots, parsnips, potatoes.
