This kind of transformer winding machine is provided with motor with brake, wire laying unit, layer insulation unit, tension adjustable decoiler, pneumatic system, PLC based control system, and servo motors, etc. It is programmable, and the number of the winding program stored in the machine is more than 50 pcs to meet different products needs. High automation assures operating the machine very easy.
