1. Description:

Kurkure cheetos niknaks are puffed snacks, very crunchy and great in taste. it is produced by rotary extruder. The Kurkure corn meal is moisturized in the flour mixer with water and fed to the Rotary die Extruder. In the extruder, due to excess heat and pressure from the screws the meal gets heated and the moisture content gets reduced. The meal passes through the die and gets cut by the cutting knifes into required lengths.

After extruding, The Kurkure are fried in edibal oil and then cooled before flavoring. Seasoning is sprayed on the Kurkure to improve their taste.

1, The screws are made by alloy steel (38CrMoAL) and special craft by nitriding process, The HRC hardness is around 60---62, it has good self-cleaning ability and does not need to discharge or clean the barrel and screw, when roasting or replacing of materials.

2, The extrusion barrel is constructed of carbon steel, is made by #45 steel, stainless steel coating.

3, The gearbox has automatic lubrication function, with extends gear life.

4, Cutting knife fixed in the die head seat, rotary cutting by V-belt drive.

(1). Automatic tunnel fryer consists of net belt conveying system, automatic elevating system, automatic filtrating system, oil temperature controlling system, oil adding system and heating system.

(2). This continuous deep Frying machine can fry the snack pellet, potato chips, yams, taros, peanuts, fish, dough snacks, green peas, fava beans, broad beans.

(3). The machine can use heat--conducting oil with high temperature as heat resource, avoiding the damage to oil by directly heating. Meanwhile, the energy can be many kinds of fuel such as coal, gas, diesel oil, etc.
