Product Description
The multi-layer dryer mainly has three-layer dryer, five-layer dryer and seven-layer dryer. Due to the difference of product and capacity, the heating type is mainly electrical heating, diesel oil heating, fuel gas heating and steaming heating.
Specifications

2. Driving system adopts double pitch roller chain driving, circulating drying, and balanced running, never jam.
3. Drying temperature and time can be adjusted, effect of drying is capitally.
4. With high efficiency fuel saving system, reasonable heat distribution, material be heated equally, low energy but large output.
5. A frequency converter can adjust the drying time for the product speed.
6. Heat with infrared ray heating tube, raising and lowering temperature quickly, low heat inertia and high heat efficiency.
7. Mesh belt transmission speed of the multi-layer dryer can be adjusted and equipped with accurate and reliable temperature control device for easy adjustments.
8. Sliding board bottom of dryer for easy cleaning.
Application
The dryer can be used to bake all kinds of puffed food as bread crumb, core filling snack, potato pellet chips, corn flakes, breakfast cereals, pet food, tissue protein, artificial rice, nutrition rice powder and various nuts including peanuts, melon seeds and dried jujube.
Besides, the belt dryer is ordinary continuous drying equipment. It is widely used for chemical industry, foodstuff industry, pharmaceutical industry, construction materials industry, electronic industry and so on. Especially it is suitable for drying raw materials that are good in breathability and have the shape of pieces or strip of granule. It is also possible to dry the pasted raw materials such as filter cake after shaped through granulator or extruder.
