Product Application | Auto Meat Strip Processing Line is an auto processing line can produce dog treat type meat strip. It combines two processing lines into one. With different moulds, various shapes can be made, such as strip, stick, screw shape, etc. Also, we can provide all kinds of recipe to make different tastes to full the demands of pet both for nutrition and chewing hobby. |
| It is first processing line to produce meat strip automatically and continuously. The diameter and shape of meat strips can be various by changing the molds. Fully controlled by PLC and touch screen to reduce the labor cost, 2-3 workers are needed to operate the whole line. |

Fresh beef chuck, 20/80 fat to meat ratio, though any beef cut can be used. The spices are fairly basic and not overpowering. I also use just a bit of fermento to add just a touch of a tang. Fermento can be skipped though, I sometimes omit it and the final product is just as good, with a slightly different taste profile. Rytek Kutas’s recipe is quite heavy on fermento by the way, about 3 times as much as what I use in my recipe.
These beef sticks are made with either thin sheep casings (expensive), or with 18-22 mm edible collagen casings. Though I often prefer natural casings, I tend to use collagen casings to make beef sticks 90% of the time.
Commissioning Service
1. We make accurate factory layout design according to customer’s factory size; if the customer needed, we could make workshop design with electricity power, water supply, gas power, material storage, final storages, worker’s restroom, etc.
2. After delivering machines to client’s factory, we start to apply for the Visa to client’s country immediately; normally the vessel needs 20-60 days to the required port, so we have enough time to get the Visa. While the machines arrives your factory, our engineers are ready to start for the commissioning service.
3. 1-2 of our engineers will go to your factory to install and adjust the processing line to realize normal production at shortest time.
4. Our engineers have responsibility to train and teach the workers how to operate, clean, maintain and repair all the machines, until the workers could well operate the processing line.
5. It normally costs 10 days for the commissioning
service, and we supply 1 year guarantee from the date of completion of commissioning service.
6. The engineer’s round-trip flight tickets, accommodation and daily salary USD 60 are on client’s account.
