1. How soon can I get a price quote?
Within 24 hours.
2. Can I have a custom designed and made packaging bags?
We are a professional bags printed packaging manufacturer. We design and construct each project to the individual customer's needs. All of our bags are custom made based on your artwork and packaging need.
3. What are your office hours?
You can reach us between the hours of 8:00 A. M. and 6:00 P. M. GTM+8, Monday thru Friday.
4. Is there a minimum order requirement?
Due to the high machine setup cost and shipping freight, we do not accept small orders. Our minium order quantity is 1000pcs. It is recommended for you to order a 20”GP or 40”HC to reduce the unit price and shipping cost.
5. Can I get a sample?
Yes, on some stock items. A nominal shipping charge, however, will apply. Certain items are excluded from our sample program. Samples based on your artwork and packaging need, are available, but will include a fee for the products plus estimated shipping costs. The sample making usually takes one or two week.
6. Do you have a price catalog?
We are a professional bags printed packaging manufacturer. All of our packaging products are custom made as per your request and artwork. We do not have a price catalog.
7. Can you do the design for us?
Yes. We have a professional team having rich experience in bags design and manufacturing. Just tell us your ideas and we will help to carry out your ideas into perfect bags. It does not matter if you do not have someone to complete files. Send us high resolution images, your Logo and text and tell us how you would like to arrange them. We will send you finished files for confirmation.
8. What is your terms of delivery?
We accept EXW,FOB, CIF,DDP etc. You can choose the one which is the most convenient or cost effective for you.
