Boiler heating surface compact structure, the heating surface from the inside, outside close-packed circular tube constitutes the inner coil radiation heating surface, the outer surface and coil and the inner coil convection heating surface.
The new DZH series boiler is a single drum longitudinal water fire tube shell boiler,and the combustion equipment is a movable grateThe water walls on the left and right sides of the furnace are radiating heating surfaces,the two wings of the furnace are convection heating surfaces,the spiral smoke pipe convection heating surfaces are arranged in the drum,the front and rear arches adopt a new process of integra casting and tamping of heat-resistant concrete,and the outside of the boiler host is a three-dimenslonal protective plate shell.
This series of boilers adopts the latest scientific research achievements,such as arched tube sheet,threaded smoke tube,splayed tube,eto.,to solve the problems of shell type boiler tube sheet cracks,drum bulge at the lower part of the drum,water wall tube burst,low thermal efficienoy,insufficient output,poor adaptabilty of biomass fuel,eto.
