After manually placing the divided and rounded dough, the dough balls will pass through the hot pressing device, the 3- layer tunnel oven, the 9-layer cooling tower and finally reach the automatic stacker & counter. The standard diameter of the bread is 25cm, if you want to adjust the bread size, the yield will also change.

This is our standard equipment. If you need more sections, we can also configure it for you, such as: dough mixer, dough divder and rounder, automatic proofer, and subsequent packaging machine, etc. We accept customization, please tell us your needs, we will try our best to develop a suitable solution for you. 

HOT PRESS​

• Can press 4 pieces of flatbread at a time.

• Teflon belt is used against the press plate to prevent sticking.​

• Configure the servo system to increase efficiency.​

TUNNEL OVEN​

• Natural gas or LPG (direct flame) is used to bake the product.

• A three level tunnel oven is used to bake both sides of the product.​​

After-sales service:

• installation: We can provide remote guidance, and we can also shoot video to teach. If it is very complex equipment, our staff can go to the site to help with installation and commissioning. The buyer shall bear the accommodation, meal and transportation expenses of relevant personnel.

• maintenance: We provide free maintenance for the whole machine for one year from the date of delivery. In case of Failure of product components due to non-force majeure or non-human factors during the warranty period, the seller shall mail the new parts to the address designated by the Buyer.

• guarantees: One year warranty(negotiable)

• service: We will provide the buyer with training on the use requirements and precautions of the goods, to ensure that buyer's staff has a basic understanding of the machinery and equipment as well as can operate it proficiently, so as to ensure the progress of production.
