Miniature Compression Force Transducer 1kN 500N 200N 100N

Miniature Compression Force Transducer FCU is made from stainless steel based on strain gauge technology delivering unamplified mV output which is proportional to the load applied. Small Size Pancake Load Cell FCU offers 0-100N / 0-200N / 0-500N / 0-1000N four rated measuring ranges intended for both tension and compression force measurement. The miniature load cell FCU features a M4 tapped hole at the center of the transducer which can be used to mount attachments such as load buttons or eye bolts to fit different applications. Micro Load Cell FCU is applicable for both static and dynamic force measurement. Model FCU can also be modified or customzied as per requirements of our clients.

Brief instruction of Rated output(or Sensitivity):
Definition: The signal produced by load cell(or force transducer) when rated load is applied, expressed in terms of mV/V. The rated output indicates the output signal range of a sensor.
Sensor output = (Power supply * Rated output) * Load / Capacity
Rated output of miniature compression load cell FCU is normally around 1.5mV/V.
Power supply of small compression sensor FCU is normally within 3-12V.
Load / Capacity is within 0-1.
So the output range of miniature force sensor FCU is normaly within -18mV...+18mV.
Example: Miniature Load Cell FCU-1000N with 1.5mV/V power by 5V DC,the output range is -7.5mV...+7.5mV proportional to the applied force.
Load cell + Signal amplifier:
The mV output from the loadcell transducer sometimes cannot be recognized by signal processing units directly,so signal conditioner is introduced to convert mV signal into 0-5V/0-10V/4-20mA for easy signal processing.
Example: Compression Force Load Cell FCU-50N working with 0-5V amplifier,the load-output relationship will be 0-50N compressive load VS 0-5V output,0V output corresponds to 0N, 1V output corresponds to 10N compression load, 2V output corresponds to 20N load,and so on.
