Compressive load cell FCM is suitable for both static and dynamic force measurement in tension and compression direction.Low profile structure makes it also suitable for in-line force monitoring.Pancake loadcell FCM is designed with a metric threaded hole running through the center of the transducer which can be used to mount attachments such as load buttons,eye bolts or other adapters for force loading,this makes spoke type load cells very adaptable to various cases, you may find pancake type load cell FCM applicable for force measurement in injection-molding machines, press machines and material testing equipment, weight measurement for tanks, vessels and hoppers, and so on. A load cell sensor is a transducer that converts a load or force acting on it into electronic signal which is proportional to the load(or force) being applied.The measured load or force causes deformation of the measuring element(elastic body),the bonded strain gauge deforms accordingly which will cause the resistance change of the wheatstone bridge,under constant power supply,the output signal between Sig+ and Sig- will change proportionally,thus the load/force can be measured by measuring the output signal from the load cell.
