Product Description

1. Mixer / Dough maker

The main function of Flour Mixer is to mix flour, salt, alkali, water and other additives evenly, this is the first step of instant noodle producing.

2. Double pressing shaper

1. This equipment consists of five pairs of down rollers and wave formers.
2. Function: press the mixed raw material to belt shape, and roller pressing the belt make it thinner, at last a cutting knife will cut it to strips and the wave former will make wave shape on each strip.
3. The speed of this equipment is adjusted by a transducer which is easy to control and operate.

3. Boiling Machine

1. This equipment consists of body frame, boiling cases, conveying belt and steam pipelines.
2. Wave shaped noodle strips will be cooked by the steam when it goes through the case and it will have the strength and transparency characteristic after boiling.
3. The speed is adjustable which can be compatible with the Pressing shaper

4. Auto pucker and cutting machine

1. This equipment consists of cutting knife, folding part, conveying net, machine frame and driving part.
2. The main function: Cutting the noodles in a certain length, different length means different weight, after the automaticlly folding process the noodle pieces will be putted into the fried container more easily.

5. Frying machine

1. This equipment consists of stainless frame, oil container, heat exchanger, driving part, fried shaping case and shaper part.
2. The main function of this equipment is to fry the boiled noodle and dehydrate it, after the frying, the noodle pieces will become square shape or round shape, each piece will be identical.

6. Cooling machine

This equipment consists of body frame, cooling machine and conveying bet, its duty is to cool the fried noodle piece rapidly.

1.The main raw materials are wheat flour or Maida and starch.
2.The micro nutrients vary according to different instant noodle
brands. Instant noodles are low in calories, protein, fibre, vitamins and minerals.
3.Semolina and all types of flour are used to make Noodles or pasta, but soft white wheat flour is also preferred.
4.Several commercial starch noodles made from legume, tuber, geshu (kudzu and sweet potato) and fernery starch are used.
5. In Asian noodles, the addition of sodium chloride at 2-3%level could improve noodle texture.
6. Edible oils such as palm oil, partly hydrogenated palm oil, pure lard, altered lard, and mixtures thereof are commonly used.
