Introduction

Details
Single screw extruder installed on machine tool made of section steel and steel plate. It is equipped with 45 mm, 60 mm, 75 mm or 90 mm diameter plasticized screws, made of normalized, Quenched and tempered steel, and can be equipped with temperature control system and nitrided steel cylinder with 4 independent temperature control zones. Extruders also have different length / diameter ratios.

1) The screw and barrel of the extruder are made of high-quality alloy steel 38crmovala. After nitriding treatment and special surface treatment, they have good quality and long service life.
2) Gear box: Chinese famous brand hard tooth helical gear reducer, with beautiful appearance, stable operation, low noise and long service life.
