Details

7. This series extruder consists of 6 parts: extrusion part, filter part, die part, three roll part, traction part and rewinding part.
Advantages

Application
*It is mainly used to produce PP, PS, PE, pet, ABS and other films for office stationery, gift bags, photo albums, packaging, medical treatment, electronics, building materials and decoration.
*The extruder screw adopts large length diameter ratio, with good forming effect, equal particleboard thickness and the same running speed.
*The roller surface is brighter than the mirror surface, and the roller surface temperature is equal, so the particleboard produced is clean and bright, and the thickness is equal.
