Application
PVC plastic granulation recycling machine is suitable for waste materials with high processing performance requirements such as melting, volatilization and filtration., Mainly engaged in PVC waste recycling and re granulation. After feeding, heating, melting, cutting, cooling and other processing technologies, the final product is PVC plastic particles / particles, which can be used to produce new PVC plastic products.
Feature

The screw and cylinder are made of 38CrMoAlA material through forging, tempering and nitriding treatment, which is different from others: the screw edge is tempered after rough machining, with good hardness and double aging to effectively reduce stress. At the same time, after precision machining, the phase error of screw edge is small, the cylinder and screw have high universality, and the structure of screw varies with different materials.
