Description

Peach is one of the most popular fruit in many regions around the world. Gofun can supply complete peach processing line for the production of cloudy and clear peach juice, as well as puree. In these last decades we've installed peach juice production lines in many countries.
 

1. Washing and sorting machine
The product handling area includes fruit washing and sorting stations. Configuration, type and model can be customized according to customers’ requirements.
 

2. Blanching/Precooking
In peach/apricot/plum processing, before extraction (destoning and pulping & refining) fruit will be precooked/preheated by a continuous blanching machine to protect color and increase juice yield.
 

3. Evaporator
The continuous low temperature concentration is processing under vacuum situation to ensure the minimum loss of the effective constituent inside. According to different capacity, we have single-effect evaporator, double-effect evaporator, triple-effect evaporator and multi-effect evaporator for different projects. We can manufacture the evaporating capacity from 1000L to 35000L/hour according to customers’ requirements.
4. Aseptic filler
The automatic aseptic filling machine is specially designed for liquid aseptic filling, with small floor space, high working stability and convenient operation. Aseptic filling machines are widely used for aseptic packaging of fluid foods such as juices, pulps and jams. The product can be stored for more than one year at room temperature, eliminating the cost and risk of cryogenic refrigerated transport.
