The dangerous acid tank trailer is applicable for the storage and transportation of most corrosive liquid and is extensively applied in many fields, like chemical, metallurgical and pharmaceutical industry etc. The sulfuric acid transported by the corrosive material tank trailer is the most active inorganic acid and can react with many metals. Hence, the production of the tank strictly complies with relevant criteria.

• Integral Forming
The tank is handled by automatic reeling and rotational moulding. The flange of the nozzle is solid and has to be cut by a puncher. There is no any welded seam in the tank and the lining of the flange. Hence, both the tank and the flange are durable and clean. Any acid or alkali with various concentrations can be resisted.
• Reinforced Tank
Wave-proof boards are equipped in the tank and designed with two inclined structures which can firmly support the tank during the transportation.
