Q1: Can disposable blister packaging be reused? A: The material thickness can be customized according to the needs. The conventional design is lightweight, and it is recommended to use it once; If it needs to be reused, it can be upgraded to thicker PP material and added with a buckle structure. Q2: What is the lifespan of the sliding card packaging after being pushed and pulled multiple times? A: The standard PET slide slot has been tested to withstand ≥ 5 pushes and pulls without deformation or jamming, meeting the requirements of conventional packaging. Q3: Does it support printing brand information on the surface of transparent vacuum formed boxes? A: support! Can be screen printed, labeled or heat transferred, with a minimum printing accuracy of 0.5mm, clearly displaying LOGO/QR code. Q4: What is the load-bearing capacity of three fold packaging? A: When using PS material and reinforced rib design, the single box can bear up to 5kg; If higher load-bearing capacity is required, PP material can be used and thickened to 1.2mm.
