The Cummins generator set's unique PT fuel system is another significant highlight. This patented technology ensures safe engine speed control using an overspeed protection device. The low-pressure fuel pipe helps to minimize failure rates while high-pressure injection technology enhances combustion efficiency, increasing power output, and reducing fuel consumption. The one-way valve in the fuel supply and return system further ensures safe and leak-free fuel supply.
The exhaust system of the Cummins generator sets is designed to utilize exhaust gas energy effectively to drive the engine. The exhaust elbow and bellows have a diameter of 127mm, reducing exhaust resistance and facilitating connection, ensuring stable engine operation.
The Cummins diesel generator sets offer a flexible power delivery system that makes use of a double-slot power output crankshaft pulley in front of the shock absorber and a multi-slot accessory drive pulley at the front end of the engine. The lubrication system of Cummins diesel generators is innovative and efficient. By adopting the main oil channel signal pipe technology, the 60GAL variable flow oil pump can intelligently regulate the oil volume according to the main oil channel oil pressure, avoiding oil waste and reducing pump oil power loss. The low oil pressure setting of 241-345kPa optimizes economy and reduces power loss while ensuring lubrication.
