1. Question: How can I get the price of my customized paper box?
Answer: The price is mostly based on the order quantity, dimension of the box, printing color and its surface finishing. To get the price quote, we need to know these details. 2 Question: Could I start the small quantity as a trial order, such like 500 pcs - 1000 pcs ?
Answer: We are a factory of making paper packaging products , all of our products are customized according to our clients’ requirements. The setup fee for our machines for bulk production is high, so it is better to start at 3000pcs for the mass production. If you want check the quality and service, we could do that for you as the samples order.
3. Question: How soon can you finish the mass production?
Answer: For the sample production, it will take about 5-7 days. For the mass production, it will take about 12-18 days after you finished the prepayment. It also depends on the quantity. Our sales will keep tracking the progress and inform you before we finished.
