Application:
Using hot galvanized sheet and zinciron alloy hot galvanized sheet as the substrate, color coated sheet is made by first going through surface pretreatment, then the coating of one or more layers of liquid coating by roll coating, and finally baking and cooling. The coatings used including polyester ,silicon modified polyester, highdurability polyester, polyvinylidene fluoride,epoxy and high corrosionresisting coatings have good durability, corrosionresistance and formability. Color coated sheet is widely used in building, Transport, home appliances, solar energy,furniture, etc. In home appliances, it is mainly used as the side door plate of refrigerators,and shell of DVDs, air conditions,freezers,and washing machines.
The classfication of the corrugated plate :

(1)according to the application of the classification - divided into roof panels, wall panels, floor panels and ceiling panels, etc.. The use of color steel plate at the same time to do the wall decoration board, architectural decoration effect is more novel and unique.

(2)according to the height of classification is divided into high wave plate (height = 70mm), wave plate (<70mm wave) and low wave plate (<30mm wave)

(3) according to the classification of the substrate material is divided into galvanized plate, hot galvanized hot-dip aluminum zinc and aluminum plate etc..

(4) according to the classification, divided into structural seam lapping, undercut and buckling structure etc.. The undercut, withhold, wave plate is used as the roof panel requiring high water; overlapping middle and high wave plate galvanized plate with floor plate; low wave plate should be used as wall panel. |
