The glass or plastic on your meat display case should be transparent. This allows someone to look in and determine for themselves what meat they want to buy.
You should turn packages so they face the customer. Make sure the logo on each package is visible so the customer can recognize the brands in your display case. If the packages don’t have clear prices on them, you should put price tags next to them.
