Vinyl windows and doors were introduced in 1980’s from west Europe. Vinyl profile materials are produced via adding modifier, anti-UV absorbent and flame retardant into UPVC and extruding the plastic. The profile is made with multi-cavity structure and has good performance of energy-saving, acoustic insulation; heat preservation and corrosion resistance, has good ornament effect. The vinyl profile materials are all reinforced with lined steel, so the windows are often called Vinyl-steel windows.

1.The material has excellent light and heat stability and ageing resistance performance. Testing shows that materials can maintain 30 years without ageing;

The three-cavity design results in good drainage, heat preservation and sound insulation. 3.The products have good corrosion resistance and can meet the requirement for resisting the strong chemical weather impact such as acid rain and salty fog.
