Product Description
The main tank of the system is designed to achieve high glue production efficiency and ensure fine and uniform glue quality.
In addition to automatically dispensing devices for alkali solution, borax, and steam, the system also includes an automatic conveying system for powdered chemical additives and a liquid chemical additive feeding port. This makes it suitable for high-speed tile production lines and special cardboard production needs.
The high-speed system features a unique pneumatic design, using Taiwan electromagnetic valves to ensure reliable operation under various conditions. All the motors used are from the Taiwan Shengbang brand, and all the diaphragm pumps in the system are from Canadian or American brands.
The system has a material reporting function that allows real-time monitoring and statistical tracking of the total amount of materials used. It collects consumption data, p
erforms cost accounting analysis, and provides a basis and measures for cost reduction.
