Applications:
This two sides heavy duty sanding line is designed for calibrating, sanding and polishing plywood, particle board, MDF board and even all kinds of wooden boards. It can sand two sides of the board every time when the board passes through the sanding line. This kinds of sander has big motor power and big steel contact rollers. It is very easy to remove large volume of material to make the panel be flat enough. So it is widely used for rough sanding with rough sandpaper.
40-180 grit sandpaper can be used in the sanders.
Characteristics:
♦ The machine body of GORLD double-side wide belt sander adopts special integral structure, so it possesses enough rigidity and stability and long service life.
♦ The contact roller has a bigger diameter, which makes the abrasive belt durable.
♦ The precise dynamic balance of the contact roller makes the operation more stable.
♦ Even when the belt sander is used for processing the maximum width workpiece, it still has enough sanding power. This ensures powerful sanding force.
♦ All GORLD double-side wide belt sanders adopt roller system for feeding, and frequency converters are adopted for feeding speed adjustment. Especially, the feeding rollers of C series are connected to cardan drive system. Thus, our belt sanding machine comes with a wide range of speeding speed, and the production efficiency is greatly ensured.
♦ Equipped with industrial touch screen, the human-computer interface becomes much friendly and the operation process becomes quite simple.
♦ PLC control system makes the calibrating wide belt sander flexible and agile in operation.
♦ The comprehensive and exact self-diagnosis function can display breakdown position rapidly. So the problem solving is fast and the downtime is reduced.
♦ GORLD BSG2613R, BSG2613RP, BSG2613RC, and BSG2613RPC double-side sanders are the "Recommended Machinery to the Society by China National Forestry Machinery Association". And they are also a CE certificated machinery by TUV.
