Set up a geofence for the gps tracker to restrict its movement ,it will send alarm notifaction to control number of software platform when car move in/out of district.
Remote Turn on/off car engine(Optional)
Connect relay with gps tracker, then you can send sms command to turn on/off car engine. This is how the relay works: When receive the command success, it will cut 0.1 second, then recover 0.1 second, cut 0.1 second, then recover 0.1 second, repeat. till 1 minute later, it cut the engine.For security reason, only when speed is less than 20KM/H it can cut success.
