Application
The DCS-LD series electronic flow scale assembly is a high-speed quantitative measurement equipment used for granular materials with good fluidity and good feed control. It is suitable for the measurement of production materials such as grain processing, chemical enterprises, grain depots, and ports.
Features
1. Specially designed three-sensor support. This structure eliminates the problems of displacement of force points and signal distortion caused by uneven distribution of materials in the weighing hopper.
2. The specially designed sealed studio of the sensor completely isolates the corrosion and wear of the rice flour, dust and water vapor to the sensor, which greatly prolongs the trouble-free operation time of the device.
3. The action mechanism is driven by a unique motor without working air source.
4. There are manual and automatic control modes, which can manually control the unwinding and feeding mechanism, which is convenient to clean the agglomerated and blocked materials. After the "target value" setting is determined, the operator only needs to start the "automatic" button, and the flow scale immediately enters the continuous "metering and discharging" operation.
5. Adopt international advanced high-precision weighing sensor and quantitative controller. The controller adopts high-performance A/D converter, the conversion rate reaches 200 times/second, the input sensitivity is 0.5μν/d, the measurement accuracy is high, and the stability is good.
6. The specially designed multi-stage feeding mechanism, combined with the control algorithm of the controller, makes the weighing speed and accuracy of the scale high.
