The Assembly of Pressure Grouting Machine Price:
The assembly sequence of grouting pump shall be reversed according to the disassembly sequence, and the following points shall be paid attention to during assembly:
1. Before assembly, all parts must be cleaned, and the surface of parts should avoid bumping and scratching.
2. The torque of connecting rod bolts should be 60-80nm, and fixed with a stop washer. The gap between connecting rod bearing bush and connecting rod journal should be adjusted properly, and should not be too tight or loose.
3. Roller bearing clearance should be adjusted appropriately.
4. The connection between the external thread of the pull rod end and the internal thread of the crosshead end should be tightened.
5. The skeleton rubber pad at the joint of cylinder liner and pump head, variable speed box and ball cage shall not have cracks or other sealing damages.
6. The gap between piston and cylinder liner should be adjusted properly, not too tight or too loose.
Warning: piston lock tightening efforts to appropriate, too tight will increase the load of pump, the operation difficulty, too loose easily leak slurry!!!!!!
7. The variable speed box of the grouting pump must be filled with lubricating oil. The amount of oil should reach the position of the window, not too little, but not too much.
8. Connection bolts at all parts should be tightened.

7.Check the position of the filter immersed in the mud tank. Generally, the mud level should be below 0.3-0.5 meters, and the filter should be no less than 0.5 meters away from the bottom of the mud tank.
