Brief introduction of silicone oil coating and drying device
This is a silicone oil coating drying device, including a heating box and a hair dryer,
the heating box includes a box body and a heater, and it is characterized in that:
the silicone oil coating drying device also includes an upper wind groove , a lower air duct and an exhaust fan;
the lower side of the upper air duct and the upper side of the lower air duct are equipped with air outlets,
the air outlet of the heating box is connected with the air inlet of the air blower,
and the air outlet of the air blower is connected with the air outlet;
the lower side of the upper air duct and the upper side of the lower air duct are equipped with air suction openings,
the air suction opening is connected with the air inlet of the exhaust fan, and the air outlet of the exhaust fan is connected with the air inlet of the heating box.
The drying speed of the device is fast, and the flow of silicone oil can be reduced. Avoid the formation of silicone oil spots, the drying quality is good, and the quality of the sheet products is guaranteed; the recycling of hot air can not only make full use of the heat source, save energy, and reduce the emission of harmful gases, reduce environmental pollution, but also enable the blowing port to blow out The hot air has a higher temperature, which further accelerates the drying speed.
