Main application
PPSBD series centrifuges have a prefect automatic performance and a large processing capacity.In accordance with users' demand,procedures such as feeding, separating,washing,dehydrating and discharging can all be automatically finished followed by remote control.It's suitable for solid liquid separation of fibroid products as well as suspension which contains fine grains and medium size grains solid. For example:
1) Chemical Industry:gypsum,ammonium sulphide,bluestone,potassium chloride,borax, dyestuff,resin,pesticide.
2) Pharmaceutical Industry:salt,monosodium glutamate,food additive,starch,sugar,flavoring, antibiotic,vitamin.

Brief introduction
PPSBDL series automatic bag shaking scraper bottom discharging centrifuge is continuous working and intermittent discharging by scraper filtration centrifuge. This is a new kind of centrifuge developed on the basis of PPSBD centrifuge, pneumatic bag shaking device is added to remove the residual filter cake thoroughly. This centrifuge adopts PLC control and step-less speed adjustment by frequency conversion speed controller, which energy can be consumed by dynamic braking system. This design could reach the result of even stop of centrifuge. In accordance with each preset program, feeding, separating, washing, dehydration, discharging, bag shaking on each speed.
This series centrifuges are widely used on suspension separating of middle size particle, especially when the customer do not have a high requirement on solid crystal figure.
Structure
It adopts platform structure, with out shell welded with bottom plate. Shell cover is fixed to shell body with flange. Hydraulic pressure is applied to open the cover. Shell cover is equipped with feeding pipe, washing pipe sight glass, viewing-light, scarper device etc.. Standard flanges are applied for the external pipe joints.
