TC11 is an α+β dual-phase titanium alloy with excellent thermal strength, high room temperature strength and good hot processing performance. It can be used for a long time at 500℃ and is suitable for manufacturing aircraft engine disks and blades. Due to the low density of titanium alloy and the high specific strength from low temperature (-253℃) to medium and high temperature (about 600℃), this feature allows titanium alloy to replace traditional materials such as steel, aluminum alloy, and high temperature alloy in the fields of aviation industry, and has now been promoted for use in the rotating parts of rocket engines. With the widespread application of titanium alloys, the requirements for its various technical indicators are becoming more and more stringent, and the conventional room temperature tensile strength can no longer meet the requirements of some products.
