Introduction
The specifications of the pangolin hob drilling machine are 16"~70". It is divided into two types: MT knife and welding knife. It is suitable for various formations with compressive strength. This product is used for trenchless horizontal directional drilling and reaming of petroleum, natural gas, petrochemical, sewage, power, and optical fiber pipelines.
Larger bearings and smaller conventional tools significantly extend downhole service life. Interchangeable cutters are set in TCI and milling tooth styles to match your formation. All drill bits have 3-6 tools and can make 3 holes of different sizes.
Advantages
The replaceable hob hole opener is forged from high-quality alloy steel with good weldability. After modulation, the tensile strength is high, which can meet the tensile requirements of large-tonnage drilling rigs. The connection between the wheel body and the valve body is reliable, and the loading and unloading are convenient, and no large-scale special hydraulic equipment is needed. A manual wrench is enough, which is convenient for on-site replacement.

It can be used multiple times, and it is convenient and quick to change the wheel. The roller is divided into three types of A type, B type and C type, and different diameters of reaming can be realized through adjustment.
The unique multi-stage anti-disengagement interlocking device prevents the hob from tripping when the drill bit is empty, and prevents the hob shell from falling off when the bearing is damaged.
The roller body is inlaid with a large-diameter hard alloy, which has a good rock-breaking effect; the bearing diameter is large, and the impact resistance is strong; the metal seal is used, and the service life is long.
