customized by requirements.
2. Application: Hole opener can enlarge a small well hole to bigger diameter in construction field,bridge construction,
super highway construction,railway construction etc. This kind of bits are suitbale for different complex formation,shales,limestone,cobblestone and so on.
3. Cutting structure: the hole opener always have multi-cones.Bit cones are splited from tricone bits and welded
to bulid a big diameter bit, the pilot is attched with hole opener.
Advantages
1. Cutting Structure
In view of the different characteristics of the cutting action of the inserts in different parts of the cone, the tapered inserts are placed in the permanent contact area, and the wedge-shaped inserts are placed in the alternate contact area, which greatly improves the drilling efficiency. The wear resistance of the cutting structure is improved by arranging diamond inserts in the permanent contact area of the cone. The inserts in this area are seriously worn. A tungsten carbide insert is placed on the top surface of the cone to protect the cone from abrasion.
2. Gauge Structure
With active cutting gauge protection inserts on bit body, the bit has good gauge protection and up drill capability.
3. Hydraulic Design
Small angled watercourse design increased the shirttail thickness and can effectively prevent the watercourse erosion.Optirnized hydraulics structure improves the clearing capability and increases ROP.
