WHAT IS INDUCTION HARDENING?
Induction hardening increases steel's hardness and durability by causing heat to be generated and then rapidly cooled (quenching). A powerful, localized, and controllable heat is quickly produced by induction without contact. Hardening is performed only on the part to be heated. Optimizing process parameters, including heating cycles, frequency, coil design, and quenching, results in optimal results.

APPLICATION RANGE:

5. Coating: Of dissimilar metals, prior to insulation, and curing, such as paint.
6. Melting: Of all types of metals.
