PTFE Coated Fiberglass Fabric Belts

PTFE fiberglass adhesive tape is made from cloth (or pure film), treated with sodium or special reagent on one side, then coated with adhesive. There are two types of tape: the narrow tapes are normally without release paper and the wide ones are always with release paper.

• High insulation, anti-ultraviolet, anti-static.

We have adhesive tape with release liner and without release liner.

Main thickness: 0.08mm, 0.13mm, 0.18mm, 0.25mm and 0.3mm.

1). High temperature resistance--It can continuously work under-140 to 260, max resist high temperature up to 360.

2). Permeability--It can avoid wasting heat and improve drying efficiency for it's permeability.

4). Non Stick--It can easily remove all kinds of adhesives such as resin, paint and chemical medicine, easy to clean.

5). Good flex fatigue resistance--It has high tensile strength and excellent flex fatigue resistance. It's better for small wheels.

Applications for PTFE Coated Fiberglass Open Mesh Conveyor Belt

1. PTFE mesh belts are used in applications such as the drying of printed products for example; point of display stands, T-shirts, glass and mass produced paper prints. Print dryers usually opt for Ultra violet, Infra red or hot air as the heat source to dry.

2. Other applications range from the drying of cereals, non woven's, charcoal interlinings, carpet & carpet tiles, printed circuit boards and shrink-wrap tunnels but to name a few.

3. Using fiberglass mesh for exterior walls gives the outer insulation coating greater uniformity and resistance which, under stress from atmospheric agents (temperature differences or bad weather), can degrade.

4. Fiberglass mesh has specific properties regarding resistance to alkali, gliding or stretching.

Alkali Resistant Fiberglass Mesh fabric is mainly used to reinforce cement, plastic, bitumen, plaster, marble, mosaics, roofing, interior and exterior walls, and in other industrial applications.
