Automatic Rolling Door Sliding Door Cargo Air Shower Room
Air shower is a necessary passage for person or goods entering into the clean room in order to minimize the amount of particulate contaminants. Personnel move through the air shower while particulate contaminants are blew off by the clean high velocity. The high air velocity of 25m/s ensures the efficiency. Contaminated air is then taken in through the base of the unit, filtered and re-circulated into the chamber.

Automatically Opening Air shower Feature:
1. On the basis of normal air shower, automatic air shower cancel manual door closers and it achieved interlocking system and infrared sensing automatic open door system. It avoids pollution from dirty air and dust and develop our technology.
2. Automatic sound tips: the automatic control system, emergency stop system, these all systems give user more safety and convenient.
Modern cargo air showers can be categorized into four main types:
(1) Manual Door Cargo Air Showers- Less common; mostly used for smaller items
(2) Automatic SWING Door Cargo Air Showers - Suitable for small trailers and/or channels that are double use for cargo and personnel
(3) Automatic SLIDING Door Cargo Air Showers - Suitable for forklifts and other large vehicles, as well as channels with high amounts of traffic
(4) Assembly Line Cargo Air Showers - Suitable for cleaning products moving along an assembly line
