100g Vacuum Furnace Introduction
A small vacuum melting furnace is specialized equipment for metal processing. It is mainly used for melting metal materials (such as stainless steel, nickel base alloy, copper, alloy steel, nickel-cobalt alloy, rare earth-neodymium-iron-boron, etc.) under vacuum or protective atmosphere conditions in various types of scientific research units and factories. It can also be used for alloy steel. Vacuum finishing and precision casting.
The SUPER small vacuum melting furnace uses a temperature control instrument to control the power supply heating and a platinum rhodium thermocouple to measure the temperature, making a more accurate temp and energy saving.

laboratory small vacuum Induction melting furnace Structure:
This vacuum furnace is composed of furnace cover, furnace body, furnace bottom, crucible rotary mechanism, vacuum system and intermediate frequency power control system.
The furnace cover, furnace body and furnace bottom all adopt a double-layer water-cooled structure to keep the temperature of the furnace shell below 60°C.
The small induction furnace cover is opened manually, and there are observation holes and baffles on the furnace cover. In order to facilitate the addition of alloy elements during the melting process, an alloy feeder is specially provided on the furnace cover.
There is an induction coil in the furnace body, and the melt in the crucible can be easily poured into the ingot mold by manually turning the handle outside the furnace. The ingot mold can be designed to be water-cooled. The upper part of the crucible is equipped with a temperature measuring device.
The vacuum system adopts two-stage pumps, namely K-300 oil diffusion pump and 2X-70 mechanical pump. The mechanical pump is equipped with an electromagnetic air release valve to avoid oil return after power failure. The vacuum unit is equipped with a deflation valve and an inflation valve.
