Gold Silver Melting Machine adopts the principle of magnetic induction eddy current heating and use electric current to generate magnetic field through coil. When a magnetic field line passes through metal material in magnetic field, it makes boiler body heat at high speed on its own, and then heat material again.

In addition to housing insulation, a thermally insulated grid protects against accidental contact with the heating chamber. This is an important safety feature when dealing with the melting furnaces. To match the melting crucible, we supply a melting tongs that fit into the groove around the crucible head. This allows you to work safely with the hot melt crucible.
