I. Products Description and Application 

FKSTM series electrical comprehensive test vehicle built-in centralized electrical test instruments in the vehicle, which Unified control will be conducted by computer and software; each centralized control test instrument can also be used independently .
The electrical comprehensive test vehicle with different configuration can finish different pre-commissioning or commissioning test items for electrical equipment of substation 220KV and below. Vehicle body(Iveco or Transit) are taken as carriers registered in “National Engineering
Vehicle Directory” with special auto licensing announcement approved by Ministry of Industry and Information; they can be licensed in Depart of Motor Vehicles.

III. System Composition

The testing vehicle is equipped with the following system units: cabinet system, quake-proof system, electrical testing system,
out-field monitoring system,intercom function, illuminating system,safety protection system, self-provided power source system,tag system,appearance image system.

• The centralized test software uses virtual instrument operation interface with English menu. Each centralized instrument has its individual power supply switch,mutual locked,scram function,power supply indicates, earth leakage protection.
• The centralized control instrument is fixed on the racks, with special shock mitigation system,which makes it much more safe and stable
• Thrust chamber design for the racks and fixed on the vehicle,convenient for using standalone
• Convenient for connection for the test line,power line and communication line are all connected to the backboard directly to the tester.

• Air-conditioning unit: using the included air-conditioning while moving; ceiling type air-conditioning used while park for test.
• Illumination unit:integration installation of head lamp and vidicon,can be put up shrunk, rotate 360 degrees.

• surveillance camera of high definition can be monitored by roof installing design, out-field vedio can be displayed by supervisor system equipped in the vehicle.

• Yamaha gasoline engine generator of 5kw fixed in the vehicle, power supply and cable controlled and received automatically.

• vehicle-mounted LCD equipped which can announce safety warning information.Completely equipped with identification and appearance, GPS, infrared ray electron fencing.
